The Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary was officially opened on June 27, 2014. It was preceded by a May 28 Declaration that outlines the four principles behind its creation. The Hawaii Star Visitor Sanctuary was created under the auspices of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii and the Lawful Hawaiian Government.
